Life Xtenders, Inc. is an NGO duly registered by Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) composed of passionate volunteers who extend help to alleviate the plight of the poor in Iloilo GIDA (Geographically Isolated Disadvantaged Areas) communities for them to be able to come back even stronger and more self-sufficient through the following programs:

BACKGROUND
LIFE XTENDERS started as a volunteer support group in Iloilo City and had its soft launching through a Free Verse Poetry Reading in Iloilo City on January 6, 2012.
Originally, LX aimed to help young professionals who are experiencing physical or terminal illness, emotional turmoil, love and relationship issues, family issues, in distress or depressed through a support group, peer counseling and the arts.
After Typhoon Haiyan struck the Philippines, LX expanded into disaster relief and rebuilding of homes program.
Our members have been actively involved in the community, their churches and schools. They have diversed experiences when it comes to volunteering and community work. LX created a venue for volunteers to come together with one common goal: TO EXTEND HELP and IMPROVE LIVES.
Currently, LX is registered as a non-stock, non-profit corporation in the Philippines by the SEC. LX is focused on alleviating the plight of the poor especially in GIDA communities. LX is also in the planning phase of an Eco-Camp project, an ecologically sustainable community located in Brgy. Compo Passi Iloilo, set up to support the social works and advocacies of LX as well as provide a secondary income for the community.

I am the Founding President of Life Xtenders. I coined the term “Life Xtenders” after I volunteered to look after and give moral support to a close friend who has brain tumor in January 2012. Today, she is a living testimony on how moral support can make one come back even stronger. Along with my advocacies to extend help in the marginalized sector of the community, I decided to formalize the organization as an NGO, now Life Xtenders.
I'm the elected Vice President of Life Xtenders. I am also a Person with Disability and a Community Leader who leads not just in my community but also lead my Persons with Disability (PWD) Sector Organization which assists individuals with special needs in assuring equal opportunities and likewise the implementation of the general welfare of the PWD sector. I also engage in Peer Counselling and facilitate seminars. I love music and exploring.
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Accountancy from University of San Agustine. I am a Certified Public Accountant and currently the Manager of our family business. I am a strong advocate of good will and charity.
