When Typhoon Yolanda hit the country, it was unquestionably the most devastating typhoon ever recorded—it was a crisis. For LX, we understand that we can turn this crisis in an opportunity to extend help to our fellow Ilonggos.

LX made use of the social media through the creation of the FB event page entitled “LET'S HELP REBUILD THE LIVES OF OUR FELLOW ILONGGOS” at https://www.facebook.com/events/428414307259867/. NGOs like Artistikong Kabataan Philippines, Inc. (AKP) and private companies and organizations namely: KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc. (KSearch), Bagyo Bottoms, Kapuso Schaerding, ORA International-Austria, Stiftung Wendepunkt, JBLFMU, MicroEnsure Philippines, Mary Ward School, and other private individuals have helped LX by way of donation of cash and in kind.
